The floors and tables were dirty, and although the map says this location closes at 9:30 PM, the staff said they were already closed around 9:15 PM. Please update the closing hours so customers don’t arrive expecting service and find the doors locked.

Very ridiculous location and a waste of time. It’s a bunch of women shouting at each other and another lady was also complaining. They took my coupon and put it through the system and then said they couldn’t use it. Tables are dirty and there is no proper places to sit- a reason why I stopped going to Starbucks- here you go!

This Starbucks is one of the best! And Tony is one of the nicest, most personable managers I’ve ever met!
Average time sitting in their drive thru has gotten to over 20+ minutes consistently now. Ridiculous. Almost a half hour on a Saturday at 1pm today, no apologies, no courtesy sign that says 'short staff' or wait times longer than usual. Pathetic. You just get trapped in the line & then get to the window & they ask 'oh do u want a free cookie?' No. I want you to do better for your customers. Slowest Starbucks service in all of Mt P & surrounding towns. Will travel further out of my way from now on.

Please stop adding excessive amounts of ice to lattes and cold beverages. This is the second time my order has resulted in a coffee beverage that is watery nearly undrinkable. We already pay enough for them and at such cost it's disappointing when they are 60-70% ice and become quickly watered down as a result. Everything else is great.

I asked for a medium black coffee (on line) 10 minutes prior to walked in store. I asked the lady not to fill it all the way up, pours out half of the coffee. Can’t follow simple instructions?! Really?!
