The floors and tables were dirty, and although the map says this location closes at 9:30 PM, the staff said they were already closed around 9:15 PM. Please update the closing hours so customers don’t arrive expecting service and find the doors locked.
Please stop adding excessive amounts of ice to lattes and cold beverages. This is the second time my order has resulted in a coffee beverage that is watery nearly undrinkable. We already pay enough for them and at such cost it's disappointing when they are 60-70% ice and become quickly watered down as a result. Everything else is great.
I love this place especially the service very pleasant with the smile greeting customers with the nicest person located at the front. Very professional appearance and approach. I will definitely come again. ❤️ 😊
