My daughter loves Subway. I'm not a huge fan, but it's only because I ate a lot of Subway sandwiches over the years. This location is pretty decent and clean. Sometimes I forget it's connected to the Shell gas station, but when you're in a hurry, and you and your car both need to refuel then you can't go wrong!

11/2023 4* Food was great. Service was great. All good there. However, it is inside a gas station. GPS had trouble finding it. Had to call them to find them. Ugh! And being in a gas station, the parking is terrible. Not where I would go to sit and stay. Only for picking up an order. And then I have to watch for gas station customers. Inconvenient location. Will not be my favorite restaurant choice. But again, the food was good.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.

Dietary restrictions: Great for limited diets or dietary restrictions.

Parking: Parking is not so friendly. Limited and in the middle of a gas station. Inconvenient.

I went to a subway store today January 15 there was a group of people already and I was last in the line, the girl with the big smile making sandwiches all alone she was fast and quick, she was handling all the stuff all alone. When my turn came I went and I placed my order for a veggie sandwich she made it quick and fast besides that she made it so clean and delicious.I recommend to go to this place.

I ordered via the Subway app tonight January 7. The order contained three classic sandwiches and I took advantage of the buy one get one free deal. The delivery was handled by Doordash. Food arrived on time. When I went to unwrap the sandwiches, I noticed two things: firstly, there were only two sandwiches and also, it wasn’t what I ordered.I proceeded to call back the Subway store and the Doordash delivery driver to inform them of what happened. The Subway employee told me to come in and get the correct order while the Doordash driver said he would be happy to get the correct food but would need to check with dispatch. A half hour goes by and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I decided to drive down to the store despite paying a delivery fee + tip to get to the bottom of what happened to my food.I arrived at the store and voiced my displeasure at what had happened to my order. The employee proceeded to tell me that the Doordash driver did come back for my correct order and had mentioned that the driver attempted to call me. I hadn’t heard from the driver since he delivered the wrong food so clearly that was not the case. I asked him whether he was sure that it was my corrected order that he said he was going to re-deliver. He confirmed this and I left the store back home hoping that my 2nd attempt at getting my order right would be there.After nearly an hour +, I had no food, no received calls, and no updates. I called Doordash support and there was nothing they could do for me. I proceed to call the store once again to apprise the employee of the situation. After finally asking for a refund, I was told that “once an order leaves the store, there is nothing that can be done.” I was shocked and appalled by his response. It is bad business to tell a customer who never received their correct delivery order; and had to drive to the store to try and resolve it; and still had nothing to show for it that there is nothing they can do for me.I have been patroning Subway for a very long time and have never had any issues with pickup, dine in, or delivery orders. It’s unfortunate that I did not receive my food that I paid good money to have delivered, drove to the store to inquire about my order, and also brought back the incorrect food and did not have anything to show for it, and am out $28.
