When you walk in the hosts are more interested in their gossip and flirting with coworkers than helping the customers.
The waitress was overly pushy like a car salesman which was off putting.
Then the food comes out and the steak that was ordered as Medium Well came out Rare. We told the waitress, she took it back and the same steak came back out in a brick form.
To make matters worse, the Manager didn't even bother to stop at our table.
This location needs to learn from other locations like Bloomingdale or Naperville. When the steak is cooked wrong you get a new one and the Manager brings it to you.

Service is extremely slow. Arrived at 7:15 didn’t walk out until 10:30. Would recommend other steakhouses before this one simply for the wait time. Server was frendly and professional. Food is what is expected of this type of restaurant. Good but not 3 hour plus visit.

Everything was great. From the bread to the Mozzarella sticks to the steak and shrimp, it was all delicious. Only down side was the 1 hour wait, but that is obviously because the place was packed with satisfied customers. Service was quick so from seating to finish was just over an hour and most of that time was us enjoying our meal.

11/23/25 arrived at 11. Was seated at a table by the bar. Bartender waited on us. She was super friendly. Rolls and butter as always are the best item here. Ribs were moist fall off the bone and the chicken was grilled nicely. Felt like the Mac n cheese needs some love. It's just plane Mac n cheese out of a box. Otherwise this place is great.
