First time there...good food, pricey, very loud, our server was good, bar service was the WORST...two under age kids working the bar...took 20 minutes to get drinks for 4. Didnt know there was a second floor dining room, or we would have selected it. I also was shocked when I got my bill and the wine corkage for a special bottle I brought in was 40.00! 25.00 anywhere is standard....this is highest in any fine dining in the suburbs...and most of the city! one of us ordered Chicken and they were out...at 730pm on a Friday night...who runs out of Chicken???

Fourth visit. Very good as always. Short rib was outstanding. Great cocktails. Servers and all staff were very polite and attentive without being annoying.

Awesome New Year's Eve party night! Great vibe and music. Easy to get drinks and a good selection offered included with party package. Light bites were not what I was hoping for...was thinking it would be appetizers.

This was specifically for the NYE event. Fries and burgers. $100 a couple. One tiny table of charcuterie and oysters under heat lamps for about 75 people. Super loud. Would have been great to be able to use balcony if it had heat lamps and some chairs.

This review is for their NYE Bash . There were 8 of us and we went last year which was upscale, 10/10. Definitely not the same this year. It was overly crowded so you couldn't move, there were no chairs, so you have to stand the full 4 hours, DJ instead of band this year and didn't play enough variety- was more club music. As for the food and drinks, definitely sub par. The cost was way more this year and you could only have no name liquor and couldn't have anything but a basic mixer. The only beer options were old style and coors light. At least they could have had descent beer options . Last year we could literally have any cocktail/alcohol, beer we wanted. Now the food, last year passed hors d'oeuvres such as lamb chops and filet sliders. This time a table set up with burgers and fries, charcuterie board, and oysters. Unfortunately, it was all a disappointment. We love the restaurant, though, so we will definitely be back to eat, but can't say we'll be back next year to ring in the new year.

NYE was a busy night for the Prospect. The bar upstairs was a great place to wait for our table to be ready. The upstairs staff was very pleasant and worked hard to accommodate the overflow. Once seated at our table, it took about 20 min for our server to arrive and take our drink order. It took another 20 min to receive our drinks. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. Kudos to the chefs!

Wonderful experience. The food is absolutely amazing and so flavorful. The black cod is a total 10/10 I could eat it everyday. Also tried the risotto and it was delicious. The restaurant is also able to make modifications for allergies as needed which is always appreciated.

Overall it was a nice experience. The decor and ambiance are lovely. The upstairs lounge is unique for the area and should be terrific in summer. The cabbage starter was fantastic. Unfortunately both main dishes we ordered were sold out. Our second choice was good. Swordfish and short rib. I was pleased there was a selection of nonalcoholic cocktails. Service was great.
