Used the T-Mobile promo and they said the total was 1.88 so I proceeded to swipe my card and was charged 11.08! They said a manager would call me to issue refund and then processed to ignore me and never call me back.

Wanted to try this place as I usually get Smoothie King. We arrived and asked for there watermelon mojito that was on there menu online as well as on a sign by the registers. Unfortunately, the staff member said they do not sell that one anymore.

Additionally we where standing there for 10 minutes before our order was taken or being acknowledged.

Finally after my friend got her smoothie but without the collagen she wanted because they did not have that either, she got the island green detox with pea protein. The smoothie she got tasted like eating a handful of grass and dirt with the after taste of sand. This was honestly one of the most disgusting smoothies I've ever had. Its shocking that they charge $10 per smoothie.

Save your money and go to Smoothie King next door they have way better smoothies, better prices, and better service.

If you are expecting to do curbside pickup, don’t bother they are never going to deliver your food to the car. I have always waited a minimum of 10 mins in my car to get my food and have always had to go inside, not sure if they really understand the meaning of curbside pickup.

So in love with the Bahama Mama smoothie! I can’t wait to try other things on the menu.

I stop by in location Mt. Prospect to try for first time smoothie recommended by friend. I have to say store was clean, smell fresh. The person behind counter was smiling and look happy. Smoothie was recommended to me and was great. I will be back for sure to try more. To manager: keep up the good vibe and continue to be positive.

I love coming to the Rolling Meadows Tropical Café, I came to the one in Mount Prospect since I was in the area, I specifically put on my wrap NO TOMATOES & they still went ahead and added tomatoes to my wrap. I’m highly allergic to tomatoes, this could’ve sent me straight to the hospital!!! I had too throw away my wrap due to this!!! Please do better on reading online orders!!!

I love coming to this location everyone is so nice and friendly especially the manager and assistant manager they always make me feel welcomed and always make sure that what I order is right if not they will make sure to make it right.

Good fresh food quickly. All anyone wants in one building when it comes to taking care of what goes in your body 🙂‍↕️

I am rarely visiting tropical smoothie. Pretty good, delicious but i do not want to spend $10 for a smoothie. 🙏🏻🫶🏻
