I placed a pretty expensive online order. Their app states we can get updated on the progression and readiness of our orders....WRONG! The app will notify you the order is ready after waiting 30 minutes and then when you arrive, they'll have you stand and wait an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes. The guy in charge tonight, looked a mess, frazzled and handing out wrong orders. I guess the only good thing they had going for them was the cleanliness of the restaurant, but after seeing how many orders were handed out WRONG, I understand why no one would be dining in. Also, upon arriving at the restaurant, the worker told me my order never came though, mind you I ordered a 30 piece wings and 3 large fries, pretty big order to miss. Come to find out, my order was given to door dasher carrier. I witnessed the man take my order back from the door dash carrier and then hand it to me. Is that even the proper procedures, I'm pretty sure I should've gotten NEW food. The original food wasn't even hot nor was it fresh after the back and forth with it. I live about 4 minutes up the road too. What a disappointment being we order from Wingstop frequently. 2 stars for a clean restaurant, to hell with the rest. Sidebar, maybe yall should offer breath mints because my eyebrows burned off after "the frazzled one" told me my order never came through, with his poor smelling breath. Please be sure your employees exercise good hygiene etiquettes.

Really impressed with the freshness quality of the chicken here. The team dose a wonderful job. Would have gotten 5 stars but they forgot my cheese fries and still charged me for them. But regardless quality here is fantastic.

This place is very unclean. The workers had absolutely no gloves, or hair nets. They touched a soda cup with their bare hands. They even forgot my soda too, but it didn’t matter after seeing how they handled the cups. Very unclean place. Do not go to this location, please choose another one for how unsanitary the place is.
