“The wait was the only problem I had. The food was excellent and the ones that took the longest were removed from the ticket. My steak was prepared perfect, however one of the others I was with had not got their steak well done like they asked. Afterwards, they prepared their steak again well done. The fries of the other guests with me were cold, but they were given hot fries after. Great service for one waiter working with a table of 9. I got the 6 ounce sirloin steak medium rare with broccoli and the four cheese mac and cheese.“

“It does look abandoned but there was a very sweet and pleasant hardworking girl here doing her very best alone (which would scare me) and had our food ready with all the fresh customized toppings, nicely wrapped, didn’t forget an item and all on time.

I’m sorry for the poor condition this Steak n Shake is in. We like to visit when we are up in the Midwest (none in Arkansas that we can find) and this one is looking ran down and lonely.“
