Took 20 minutes to get food that wasn’t even hot. No spoon for the barely warm chili, that wouldn’t even melt the cheese. All that waiting for 2 soggy warm sandwiches, cold fries and barely warm chili. We won’t be back!
I’d give zero stars if I could. My family had a 50 minute wait! The staff ignored dine- in customers in favor of drive-thru. I approached our cashier to ask if our order had been lost. Rather than apologize for the excessive wait, he blamed the kitchen, and then he argued with me saying it’s always busy on Sundays, it’s not their fault, and I should’ve known better to take the drive thru because they have priority.
