We really like Culver’s, but this one was disappointing… the food tasted great , but an unsmiling, mumbling cashier took our order, and charged us 3.50 for the supposed-to-be-free cup of ice cream with the kids meal… and a small cup of applesauce was 2.50!!!

34 minutes from order to payment in the drive through. Staff standing on phones and gave flippant excuses for the utter lack of organization. Do better. If you know when your rush is staff accordingly, and make sure they’re actually working, provide direction in the drive thru(where to park-believe it or not some think 6 feet is pulling forward), and have more than 1 food runner. Still waiting on food 40 minutes and counting

In general, we love Culver's. This one was a bit awkward in design (hard to find the drink station), and the bathrooms were small/cramped and nowhere to really wait.

The server was very friendly and helpful. He was fun and patient, made us feel welcome and was all around nice. He's good with kids and made the environment just plain awesome. We didn't catch his name, but we think it started with an R. He was black and tall, very outgoing personality, and he gave us fist bumps. All together, he made the visit really fun and we will be coming back.
