While traveling to Colorado from Tennessee, we stopped in town and ask locals where the best Mexican restaurant was located and everyone recommended here. Top notch staff. Food was amazing! Our waitress was the best! We will stop here on our way back home too!
Passing through Mt. Vernon, stayed for the night and asked the front desk clerk at our hotel for a dinner recommendation… she highly recommended Casa Raya and it was fantastic! Food was awesome. You can pick different meats for your fillings. I tried a fish burrito with cheese and Chipotle sauce. Food is awesome. It's better than the other local Mexican restaurants but it's more money. If you want value go to the other places if you want an amazing meal go here. Fyi their large cheese dip is about the same size of the other laces bit more expensive. It has a better flavor tho. Take that as an honest opinion
