We left after we finished our meal for my daughter’s 18th birthday and she accidentally left her card on the table with stuff in it, I know our fault but when I called not even 10 minutes later to ask about it and to let them know they proceeded to tell me that there was not a card (when there was) and proceeded to tell me that it was not their responsibility! Like are you kidding me?! I am 100% not one to make a bad review but this chilis has absolutely terrible customer service!...read full review
Dirty bathrooms, sticky floors, 30 minute wait for food when only one other couple was in restaurant. Our food was stale (probably from yesterday) and reheated. Some of it was no edible and looked nothing like the menu picture. Our waitress gave the excuse that there was only one cook and no one comes in at that time. Really???! We did and certainly expected prompt service and edible food. She did give us one meal free after we complained. We will never be back.
