Supeeeeerrrrrrrr slowwwwww service. They have atleast 5 people working and half of them are standing around doing nothing. The register lady was not polite or inviting at all. There was a line of about 10 people waiting, and they just kept telling us all to hold on. Will most likely never return to this location again.
Disappointed in our stop at this Jimmy John’s. The girl that rang us up, Alex, was clearly having a bad day as it was one of my more unfriendly experiences. Being in customer service, I understand the importance of first impressions and I also understand that sometimes things in your personal life take over.
