They have a very short delivery range. I live off 20th street in Mount Vernon. She even said you're 11 minutes away. Very disappointed that I can't get a delivery... 11mins doesn't seem like that much of an inconvenience...

These people are not interested in making money. They'd rather lie about you than be accountable.She told them "I had cussed her out" and hung up on me.I did not.Now I'm sure their little 3 person disaster has some lemming stuff to say.But Alex didn't cuss anybody out. That'll get me in your face every. single. time.Just another I'll be partying in front of when the closed signs are permanently put in the windows.Don't lie on me. You don't have a dissatisfied customer. You have an enemy.If this manager had any brain at all, he could've straightened this out.Instead, they needed me to know how hard it is to work there, and how I hurted their wee lil feewins. SmhMake money. Shut up.

Fresh baked bread loaded with lots of spicy goodness. Definitely has a kick. What makes the sandwich is the crispy jalapenos. Each bite was savory and the portion was perfect.

The service was the worst I’ve see at a Jimmy John’s. The staff barely spoke and when they did they were abrupt and appeared annoyed. Our sandwiches were meager - even after requesting extra of some toppings - and the bread was stiff. After the sandwiches were made they laid them on the counter without a word and then 2 of the 3 of them “disappeared”. Fortunately there were no guests other than us at the time. We are big fans of Jimmy John’s but will not visit this location again!

I never like going into a restaurant right before it closes, but I was on a road trip and desperate for a healthy fast food alternative. We arrived at 8:54 and were disappointed to find the lights were off and the doors locked. The cashier totally ignored me. Incredibly disappointing!!!

Supeeeeerrrrrrrr slowwwwww service. They have atleast 5 people working and half of them are standing around doing nothing. The register lady was not polite or inviting at all. There was a line of about 10 people waiting, and they just kept telling us all to hold on. Will most likely never return to this location again.

Poor customer service. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and no one ever took our order. Went to the window, sat another 5 minutes and still completely ignored. Won't be back.

Disappointed in our stop at this Jimmy John’s. The girl that rang us up, Alex, was clearly having a bad day as it was one of my more unfriendly experiences. Being in customer service, I understand the importance of first impressions and I also understand that sometimes things in your personal life take over. However a simple, I’m sorry goes a long way versus simply walking away from a customer to take a personal call on your cell phone. I would recommend maybe having more employees or reviewing how to interact with a customer, even on a bad day
