“The staff at this subway are friendlier than any other subway I’ve ever ate at in my life and I eat at Subway almost every day. I’m here on business for my job training. I wish that this subway was back in Terre Haute Indiana where I’m from but the subway here in Mount Vernon, Illinois the staff there are the friendliest most courteous Staff I’ve ever met and they always make my sandwiches just right thank you for providing such great members that work there“

“Went into subway tonight. Two young ladies working, had just had a rush and were low on bread. Both so well mannered and polite, made sure to inform us what they were out of and offered other subway locations in town. We went ahead and ordered food from here for my kiddos. Thank you so much to the young ladies working tonight! I'm sorry I didn't catch your names!“

“I had a minor hiccup with my order on the Subway app. The app closed after my payment. The Manager and District Manager were very polite and quick to resolve the issue and make my order. I appreciated this as I was on my lunch hour. I highly recommend this Subway.“

“I went in around 2:00 PM and there were three females around the counter. On was working on something directly in front of me and did not acknowledge me at all. She finally turned without saying a word, picked up a soda and exited to the right. The remaining two were at the window where the food comes out and one was on their phone and the other was just standing there and then they started talking to each other. I was there for 10 minutes before one of them turned and took my order. The lady behind me was treated the same way. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I will say that I love Mcallister's food and I will contine to order there in spite of what happened today.“
