My wife and I always stop at culvers when we go to the mt vernon area. The food is always hot and correct (even if it wasn't I'm sure it would be a hassle free correction if brought to their attention), staff is always polite, and its always clean. Haven't had a bad experience yet
We stopped in while passing through and don’t typically eat at chain restaurants, but we decided to make an exception - and I’m so glad we did. Although they were busy, the line moved quickly. As we stood reviewing the menu, Jackson went out of his way to suggest a few options and even showed us the extra menu. He was genuinely happy, upbeat, and refreshing to interact with—so rare these days in customer service. I even asked him if he truly enjoyed his job, and he said...
Driving through and grabbed a quick bit to eat. Food was hot and fresh as always. Service was good. But, they ran out of ranch sauce which sucks as we use that for our cheese curds. Other than that, visit was good. Place was very clean as well.
