High gas prices, parking lot needed to be plowed, very sloppy, and slippery.
These lazy people shut down the chicken at 5:30,just so they could go home and be lazy..don't bother coming here,they don't give a shit about you..
Chicken dinner was great and the place was clean. Love that there is a barber shop, laundry and showers. Why the girl at the chicken counter had no idea what Pilot was and the cashier said Pilot is affiliated but they don’t scan rewards card is strange. I don’t just use the rewards card for points and discounts, it’s my paperless receipt keeper for tax purposes. She didn’t give my husband a receipt either.
Something new . Walmart behind the fence as well. Very convenient place.

What a nice truckstop, but so many paid parking spots…. Probably like 50% or more. That’s the only reason why am I giving three stars

Didn't get my points after asking why I was told it's Hucks not Pilot. What the crap they sale Pilot fuel the lady keep the points after adding her card.
The cashier try to rob us we receive an alert of our card being charged 500 two times in this place we were traveling so we couldn't go back to confront her so be aware people customers check
Pretty good place to stop. Have been there a couple times don't like that it's not synced with the pilot/ flying j app. But still friendly enough.
