Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I did a mobile order tonight as I was driving thru. I went in when it said my order was ready. The hot food was waiting but I couldn't find my drinks. I finally found a worker who handed me cups. After waiting in line to fill my soda cups by the time I got to the car my food was cold. Doesn't seem reasonable to ask my soda choices if I'm going to get them. Had I of know I would of went in before it was ready so I could have hot food. For $24 I got cold food and my husbands burger was smashed with finger marks in the top.

There was a woman Yelling at everyone SO LOUD🤦😡, too salty the cheesburguer (too small) and i ask them, with double chees and they just add one, but they charge me anyway😡french fries❤️, onion rings❤️

We have visited Freddy's a few times, via drive thru and dining in. I have also been inside many times for picking up door dash orders. The food tastes ok but it's a bit greasier than your average fast food. I usually get a grilled chicken sandwich, which is pretty tasty. The BBQ sauce has an odd tartness to it. I enjoy the smoky fry sauce and the jalapeno fry sauce. The servers have always been quick and helpful. My main issues with this location specifically are that the floors by the front door are almost always wet and very slick. Also, to stand in line you basically make a line through the middle of the dining room which is just odd and can be confusing.

Over priced and the place was filthy. Toilet paper holders apparently not working, tp on top and on the floor. Trash overflowing. Mens restroom didn't have soap or paper towels, wonder what employees use????
Food tasted bitter and tater tots were burnt. My first and last time eating there!

Our family stopped here on a trip. We had a California burger, prime rib steak burger, and a grilled chicken club. All were very good. We love their shoestring potatoes. Everything was hot and fresh.

I have a dairy and gluten allergy and when I told the cashier, he made sure they cooked mine separately. They have a lettuce wrap with iceberg lettuce, and it was fresh, crisp, and several leaves thick, which I loved.

Stopped by Freddy's for a quick bite on our way home from St. Louis. Su and I both ordered the single burger combos. The burgers were hot and cooked exactly right. Fries were golden and crisp on the outside. Su had sweet tea, while I drank a tall, icy lemonade. We split a hot fudge brownie custard sundae. Perfect way to beat the heat on a hot August afternoon.
