Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

When I pulled over for food while driving across the country I had no idea I would be waiting in a drive through for 30+ minutes. Literally. I’m typing this while waiting. There are cars behind me and in front of me and after ordering kept telling myself it would only be another minute. This is absolutely insane.

We usually love Freddie’s but this one was filthy. The garbage was overflowing, none of the tables had been clean. They were out of my first two choices of toppings for ice cream and they weren’t that busy. Too many people standing around in back.

This store absolutely disgusting the trashcans are over flowing the customers have had to wipe their own tables down both ketchup containers arw broken and covered in ketchup there's fries smashed on the floor while the employees sit and just talk in the back looking at the mess and talking about what they make an hour at this store. This is rhe 1st Freddy's that I have been to that looks like this very sad

Very friendly. They were slammed and still got our food in a reasonable time.

What happened to this place? I haven’t eaten there in quite a while. The last time I ate there, their burgers were good and crispy around the edges. We had a group of 12 people. Everyone who ordered a burger, didn’t eat it.

Passing thru town and stopped for lunch. Food and staff were excellent, but the floor was absolutely disgusting and all of the tables needed to be cleaned.

Wasn't too busy, but the counter rep, seemed annoyed. Food was decent, ate outside because all the indoor tables were dirty or appeared to be.

I don't think they have a manager at this location. It's dirty and it takes a long time to get food.

Food tasted great. However they were out of soda and did not indicate this when ordering. The cleanliness of this location was not up to par, table were not clean, there was food and trash on the floors. the tray under the drink dispenser was overflowing with ice. I would have wanted to eat inside if I wasn’t already ordering to go.

Absolute worst service ever! If there was a zero it would be given. Place is dirty. Ugh.

We are traveling from Wisconsin. We stopped to try something new. Drive through was slow. Order was taken but we got the wrong food. We only order two burgers. Employee was not friendly. The correct burger tasted good.

I visited here because I was looking for something new to eat the service was somewhat slow because there didn't seem to be a lot of people working but they were nice food came out a little fast but it was good first time trying frozen custard and it was amazing I had the jalapeno burger and that was also good I would come back here the atmosphere was nice old school vibe
