Do not go to Mt Vernon Il location drive thru if in any hurry. You wait forever for them to take your order....then you wait forever to pay for your order....then you are told to pull around front to wait for your order! My drive thru took right at 30 minutes total! Absolutely ridiculous for a drive thru order! Sure glad I wasnt in a hurry! Lost my future business!
Went there 4 weeks ago.. told by only employee on site that she was the only one there.. could not order. Tried again two weeks ago.. greasy food, not at all good. One more try today.. one hamburger was the size of a silver dollar.. the other was raw.. literally.. will NEVER go back!! It's dirty., poorly ran and a disappointment. I ate often in Decatur and St Louis..they are 100 x better!!
extremely poor customer service. my family and I went last night through the drive thru ordered 4 different kind of shakes. I asked for one to be made with just carmel and bananas but was told they don't have the carmel in store to make it but it can be done online. what is the difference if u order it online and order in drive thru.? our shakes tasted gross. my family asked several different times to have a refund and Christina refused to do so. we waited in the drive thru for...read full review
