I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Stopped on our way back from the solar eclipse. Friendly staff, fresh food. We're assuming the woman that took our order was the manager. She was very nice.
I went through the drive-thru this afternoon to grab a mocha milkshake and wanted to share my positive experience. Dorothy, the assistant manager, gave 5-Star Service! She was clean, friendly, and accommodating. She greeted me and asked me to return. The fast food industry needs more employees like her!
