I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Stopped on our way back from the solar eclipse. Friendly staff, fresh food. We're assuming the woman that took our order was the manager. She was very nice.
THIS PLACE IS NOW CLOSED PERMANENTLY. THEY EVEN TOOK THE SIGN DOWN.

Hardee's is a clean and friendly fast food restaurant that offers fresh, hot food with good service. Customers often comment on the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, with some mentioning exceptional service that goes above expectations. The restaurant is well-maintained, with a notably clean bathroom and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to dine. Despite occasional staffing challenges, the team works hard to serve customers efficiently. Food quality is generally good, with fresh meals like breakfast options and burgers. However, some find the prices a bit high for the portions offered, with a few noting that portions seem to be getting smaller. Wait times can be longer during busy hours, but the staff remains courteous and strives to serve quickly. Specific meals like chicken biscuits and chicken tenders are enjoyed by many, though some find the biscuits crumbly or the portions small. Recent management changes have improved the experience at some locations, leading to more positive visits. Overall, Hardee's provides a clean environment, friendly service, and tasty food, making it a decent choice for fast food, especially for those willing to wait a little during busy times.
