Filthy restaurant, slow service and poor attitudes.I can look past a dirty floor but the guy making my sandwich couldn’t keep his pants up and kept pulling them up every time he moved. He then proceeded to make the sandwiches that had been ordered. I told him to give me my fries to go and that I didn’t want the sandwich. He seemed confused.I guess their old slogan, “in sight, it must be right” no longer applies.This place needs to close its doors.

Food tasted fine and did its "job". This location needs a face-lift though. It was definitely showing signs of wear and is dirty. I regretted going inside to use the restroom bc a convenient store would've been cleaner.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Was it old to use the kiosk. While ordering the staff was cursing loudly. Took my five year old to the restroom just to see wet toilet paper all over the seats and floor. Got our food. The grilled cheese wasn't even melted, the fries were either cold or over cooked, and the fresco melt was still pink in the middle.

Doing My Best To make Steak n Shake a better place! I've only been there a few months and we are trying to get staffed so please be patient if you come thru drive thru and it's a wait.Sometimes it's only 2 of us in The restaurant plus we still have dine in service...Thanks and have a great day ?

The worst place we have ever been. Rude employees didn't get all our food. The employees yeld at my wife and my kids. The food we did get was the nastiest I have ever seen. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Waited for 15 minutes in the drive-thru today and they wouldn't even take our order because they were too busy and there was only a couple cars in the parking lot. This location keeps going downhill.
I find it really disturbing when they take your order and after you pay, make you pull around the front of the building so they can close out the ticket and pretend like they got your food out very quickly. How about you just focus on actual customer service instead of trying to cheat the system at our expense?!

Upon arrival there was a couple standing in front of the counter seemed to be awaiting service, then switched to the credit kiosk to order ..(the other kiosk was down) they was having trouble placing an order on it so they decided to try to get help from one of the three people being behind the counter with no luck they walked away.After noticing everything, I hesitantly ordered for me and my whole family, again needing assistance and was ignored upon asking. Patently waiting a female finally looked back when I asked again if they could just take cash and was extremely rude with one word...NO!! I was shocked to hear so so I asked again..and then she said well, yeah but it'll be a while..With people waiting behind me I quickly finish my order to hurry up and carry on as there was a family awaiting the kiosk because it was the only option. Upon receiving the food it was nothing but seriousl disappointment.I after trying to sit through it with my kids walked up and asked who the manger was and a woman replied with "me" in a shout and walked away.Seriously was just terrible, I wouldn't recommend going there at all.

Been sitting in the drive through for almost 20 mins. Got only 2 meals and the order behind got more than we did and they had to come get our receipt because they did not remember our order. Will not be coming here again unless it's for shakes. Terrible service.
