Just had our first dinner there, and it will be our new favorite spot for awhile! The food and service was amazing! The cooks were constantly bringing fresh hot food out while we were there. And we loved the fallen veterans table they have near the front as well!
Some of the best meatloaf and fried chicken in Mount Vernon… they have a full buffet, so there is always something for everyone but be sure to try the Italian beef when it’s offered. Great local restaurant!
Good food with simple selections, kind staff, fun decor and my new favorite highly-caffeinated, Mountain Dew reminiscent soda pop, Ski!

This place is in an old school building, transformed into a great restaurant buffet, attached to an events hall. The quality of food is 100! The owner does all the cooking and baking, and she and her work family are all very kind and funny. They also have menus to order from. Customers have described the restaurant as a "great little hole in the wall diner" with "excellent service and good food." The meatloaf and breaded pork tenderloin sandwich have been particularly praised. They have an excellent buffet with choices that change depending on the days. It’s affordable. When you walk in they have a numerous collection of wrestling memorabilia and autographs.
