When it's good, it's great. Lately it hasn't been good. I used to eat here multiple times a week, take-out, but over the past couple months they haven't been taking the time to fully cook the vegetables. That really ruins a lot of the menu.I gave a 3 because they used to be good, and they probably still are decent when it's not the weekend. Very very good! Probably now the best in Decatur! Was very happy and satisfied. Food quality was great. Presentation and the "extras" on the plate are wonderful. The taste of food.... fantastic! Seasoned so well. Actually flavorful ... unlike all the other Mexican places in Decatur .. they're all so bland and afraid to season and spice things up. This place has the best salsa by far! I had the Street Tacos and a bean soup and wow! Amazing! Great job and I can't wait to go back.
My first time there. Ordered the shrimp chimi. You know a chimi is going to be good when it is covered in white cheese. It had bell peppers in it and lots of onions which is unusual for my favorite Mexican dish. However, I really enjoyed the additions. Also the shrimp had a fantastic grilled taste. Good job!
