I need a refund cuz ain’t no way you guys are serving this stuff like this . Last night i asked for nutty coconut ice cream with a fancy cone with nuts. First time lady try to give me a regular cone with one scoop . I said no I asked for 2 scoops on a cone with the nuts on them. She brings me a chock with sprinkle saying they didn’t have the other one ok cool . I started eating the ice cream and it was not good at all like it been in there 5 months without consumption. Then the cone was hard as a rock and was banging it with a spoon that’s how hard it was. That is completely unacceptable that ice cream cost too much to be giving that to somebody!

They are always beautiful and delicious. They are very moist and not overly sweet. I also love the tres leches with flan cake. I will say that I feel that they are on the pricier side compared to the other bakeries in Mundelein but I think it’s worth it.

Guess they won't let me rate this place Zero stars. Showed up at 8:00 on a Saturday night. Couldn't go in because the doors were locked. Wow! Where do families go for ice cream on a Saturday night? Had to go through the drive-thru and got behind a bunch of pedestrians who were also using the drive-thru window. Ordered 1 chocolate malt & 1 vanilla milk shake. Was told they were out of vanilla. Really? That's like Colonel Sanders running out of chicken. Changed the order to 1 chocolate malt, 1 chocolate shake. After waiting 15 minutes, I got 1 chocolate shake in return. When I alerted the clerk to her mistake, she said that I had changed my order. Only partially correct, if she had been truly listening. Paid $7.33 for the privilege of not getting what I wanted by a clerk who looked like she couldn't be bothered. A franchise in decline...

I hate leaving these kind of reviews but I have to. This place is a joke. I took my daughter here for some ice cream. We tried going in at 810 PM and the doors are already locked so we did the drive thru and tried ordering vanilla ice cream which they didnt have so thats fine and we tried ordering chocolate which they didnt have either… we tried ordering rocky road and jamoca almond fudge and they didnt have those either so we just settled for what seemed to be the only flavor they have which was strawberry ice cream. Customer service wasn’t great either.All in all experience was terrible. Of I could give 0 star I def would.

This was the second time I've ordered from this Baskin Robbins and they completely screw up my order. Just paid $30 for a banana split and a sundae and what they gave me was two scoops of ice cream in the container with no toppings, no whipped cream no bananas, nothing! They didn't even get the ice cream flavors right! They just put whatever they want in the containers and send you on your way! Then I try to call the store and no one even answers the phone it goes straight to a voicemail box that is full! Ridiculous! I'm furious!

Just brought home ice cream for the family and my wife had a cap nut in her ice cream. Not a food product nut, a piece of hardware. That’s on top of the order being wrong. Asked for 2 flavors in a cup and we got 2 cups with 1 flavor and of course 1 flavor was not what we asked for.
