Should have walked out when I saw the ice cream, but promised grandkids. Young man helping did not speak, we pointed. Ice cream was melted on top. Most all of icecream. We had him dig down (pretty far) to where it was some what frozen. 1 got sugar cone it was stale with sugarized hard coating on edges. Talked with manager. Checked temp & said it was fine & walked away. Very rude.

This shop has been run poorly for years. I stopped going until yesterday. Had a craving. They had only half the flavors of ice cream out, no toppings for a sundae or banana split. Historically I'd go once a week and always out of something or another and could never get the item I wanted and went to get. This place has been run as bad as it could be forever....should lose franchise license. Hard no for me -- looking forward to Greg's Frozen Custard and Dairy Dream opening back up in the spring...forever done with these 2 BR locations.

I just left this location. I think they said their names were Claudia and some thing else I can’t remember the other girls name but they’re amazing.!! I come here probably four times if not five times a week before work to get my coffee donuts sometimes a bagel and they are always fast and very lovely and easy to deal with in the morning.. I feel like in the last couple years. Customer service has went way down in the area but this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The girls that work early in the morning are awesome.

Worst store around they keep their lights off at night so they look closed, they lock their doors during the day too so it’s the drive thru open with 8 cars in it. They made me 3 iced lattes because they said they were out of ice coffee with a splash of espresso in them it looked like milk for $17 dollars gross. Any good their isn’t cooked bagel bites still cold in the middle. The owners should really do something.

Absolutely horrible representation of Baskin-Robbins. They close an hour early despite the hours were posted on the front door. They can never get the order right, intentionally lying to the customers. Extremely lazy and unsupervised adolescent staff with no manager in sight. Needs to be completely rewamped! 0/10 will actively avoid from now on.
