This is right outside my work so unfortunately it is convenient. Several times a week I stop by for a super simple order Dbl Whopper only ketchup and mustard. As simple as that is they have screwed it up about 20 times. Due to their proximity I continued to stop there but if there was a Thortons within a mile or two, that is where I would be getting my lunch.

I was refused service at this restaurant a re days ago I walked in and stood at the front counter for about 20 minutes without being acknowledged there was 4 employees there and one car in the drive thru 2 only Spanish speaking employees and one white last in the back with them the last working the drive they was an Indian woman they all saw me come in, it felt very awkward just standing there almost like I was there to rob the store or ask for some free food like I was a homeless black man, I was just disappointed and finally left. Someone should have acknowledged me I can’t give an stabilized establishment like this my money ever again

Horrendous food poisoning from a whopper junior. I was very ill for 3 days. They constantly shut down their shake machine, sometimes up to an hour and a half early "to clean it". Arrived at 3:39am when hours updated by business only 2 weeks ago state that they are open until 4am.

BY FAR THE WORST BURGER KING!! Mexican lady at widow was so rude! The guy who took our order sounded Indian I had to repeat myself 20 times and then after paying for my food the Mexican lady was like you got your food right? UM NO I DIDNT GET A THING! And then I didn’t get my drink. I hate this location so much! BIRTHDAY PIE WAS EXPIRED AND MELTED AND WARM!!! The lady wouldn’t give me my receipt cause she knew I was going to complain! I am so angry. She was just plain rude to me. This was at 6pm at the mundelein IL location
