The food is more than satisfactory and the drive through wait time is never too long. The problem is with the managers. The female manager is very polite and friendly and seeks satisfy the customer. The male manager, however, always seems to be rushed and has an attitude. It's gotten to the point where he TRIES to charge me for condiments whereas no one else from BK anywhere has ever done that. I felt so upset that I will only go there when he's not there. Ridiculous behavior for a manager.

This is the absolute worst Burger King. Food is rarely correct. Always wait forever. When there is an issue, instead of being customer centric and helpful; they argue with you! You’re right there with the food and the receipt but they still have the guts to argue with the customer. Jerks. Not once…multiple times!!! I will always go to the other Mundelein Burger King on Midlothian Road. So much better service!
