Chipotle is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Manager Anna is nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing bowls. Must come back. 10/10.

Place is always so dirty looks like there is no one in charge of cleaning , I ordered my burrito and they said they had no pinto or black beans , no other explanation on how long itāll be or if they were out the whole night when itās only 4pm . As I was paying I notice they put a new container of beans if I knew it was going to take 2 min I would have waited . But no communication was made . Also tortilla is stale and cold . Horrible food service

Walked in and got my food fast !! the guys that made my food made it with love fast and efficient!! Donāt know why this location is getting bad reviews maybe cuz most ppl around here i. the area is bougee and have high expectations. From the manager to the cook everyone did 5 star service so good that I gave a $7 tip ! Best chipotle hands down !!

Having visited the establishment on several occasions, I have consistently encountered delays due to the children engaged in play and conversation. This behavior disregards the presence of customers waiting, necessitating a significant improvement in customer service protocols.

One woman was working her tail off while 3 gentlemen played on their phones while we waited 20 mins for our order to be completed. Every table was dirty - def couldnāt eat it there. After seeing how incompetent and unhygienic this location is ā¦ Iām surprised youāre still standing . Iāve never seen a chipotle location this bad off .
I usually eat at Chipotle two to three times a week, but this was by far the worst location Iāve ever visited. The food was completely bland, and the restaurant itself was filthy ā every table was dirty, and there were napkins and trash all over the floor. It looked like it hadnāt been cleaned in days. Absolutely unacceptable. Iād strongly recommend that the Lake County health inspector pay this location a visit.

I have had multiple experiences here that were so bad I walked out shaking my head in disbelief. Then I looked up their online reviews and laughed at how publicly terrible this location is. Iāll tell you about the last time I went: I ordered a kidsā meal for my son and asked for cheese as his side. They flat-out refused. I said I get it all the time and at other chipotles too. Even when I said Iād pay for it, I was told, āUnfortunately, thereās no option for us to allow you to order cheese as a side.ā I checked onlineā¦ and sure enough, the app literally lets you order cheese as a side for kidsā meals (see: side of cheese in photo). If you enjoy arguing over whether youāre allowed the luxury of purchasing cheese, this is your spot!

Rude, disrespectful employees. Rolling their eyes, being nasty and just up charging people for carne asada when steak is out. Several employees snapped at me and my family, and rolled their eyes. So horrible will never ever eat here again, the disrespect was out of control.
