I walked in 35 minutes before closing and they already had every single chair put up on top of the table and all food was stacked on a table and removed from the units they sit in and they were cleaning the units. If 10pm is your closing time, why not close at 10pm instead of 9pm? Or just change your closing time to 9pm and continue doing what you're doing I guess. 🤷
And based on the other reviews here where there were problems, if the franchise owner chooses to respond to this review will probably just copy/paste the same message telling me to use the Chipotle website /contact-us page instead of acknowledging or fixing the problem at the source. Which is awesome.

Found a avocado sticker inside the burrito and let staff know they just said okay. The lady had a horrible attitude and when I asked for my money back she said she needs the receipt and didn’t want to refund without it. She said the avocado comes from a farm and they try to control as much as they can and continued to repeat that. Didn’t apologize or anything.Did eventually get my money back after them making it seem like we did something wrong. This was at about 1pm Sunday June 30th.

Food was fast but. Too noisy to hear yourself think. Had trouble finding a clean table and told the staff and they talked to someone and no one picked up a rag and cleaned any of tbe tables off. I was tbe only customer seated and quite a few people standing together conversation. I was very surprised at the total lack of response to my notification of tbe uncleanness of tbe dining area.

In this restaurant the employees are very young and they don't take care of you, even the manager is despotic and rude in the afternoon like 8.9 pm they start playing by throwing food stuff at each other that's very bad don't come better go to another lafondan it's disgusting to see them be like that.

We had an order of 7 bowls adding extra protein but the bowls were half empty. And the employees had the audacity to write “please cater next time!!” (Exclamation Mark).When went to the chipotle store to ask about it, the employee is asking “What do you want me to do”. The employee was extremely rude and didn't know the basics of customer service! He also had the attitude to say “These are a lot of bowls to make”. He is freaking getting paid to do his job and I am using my hard earned money to freaking pay for it, not his!! By the looks of the other reviews, its a data trend of disastrous service! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Thank me later.

Worse Chipotle in the area! The only convenient from this place is the chipotle Lane, I came here to give this place one last time, never again & the service the worse, taking my money somewhere else
The food at this location is terrible. I almost never leave reviews for chain restaurants, but I felt the need to warn others. I've eaten at Chipotle's all across Chicagoland because I drive a lot for my job and have never had a bad experience. The food is always delicious and despite what people say on the internet I've never had issues with portions. I got a chicken burrito at this location and it was an absolute abomination, and somehow smelled like cheap Chinese food. Although I wish I had gone to a cheap Chinese restaurant because it would have been infinitely better than this poor excuse for a burrito. The tomatoes from the pico were mushy, the rice was not seasoned at all, the sour cream tasted off, and the chicken was completely tasteless and also somehow had the consistency of a slow cooked pot roast. I gave up on it after 4-5 bites and threw it in the garbage. One of the main tenants of a chain restaurant is a surgical level of consistency across all locations and when that fails it's a huge letdown. I honestly didn't know it was physically possible to combine rice, beans, chicken, sour cream, and queso in a tortilla and have it taste anything less than GOOD. The employees at this location somehow pulled it off though. Clearly management is lacking and processes are not being followed correctly. This location definitely needs to be put under review by corporate. My heart goes out to all the gym goers at the LA fitness across the parking lot that would like to have a beautiful burrito bowl after their workouts but can't because this location is serving up nothing but garbage.

Yes, it's fast food and it's fairly consistent. I always get the salad bowl with spinach, rich, beans, chicken and a huge amount of pico de Gallo with the green sauce. topped off with some lettuce. The most irritating thing is they will brush the items that spill over to the counter back into the pans. YUK, YUK YUK! To top it off, they rarely clean the counter. Complete lack of food service hygiene. Come on guys, get your employees some proper training.

Ordered for pick up got there early and food was still cold, have picked up food from here exactly the same every time and there’s no way to get a refund or food remade. Tried corporate and nothing hands down worst experience. Never doing business with this location again. Failure to rectify the situations is the worst part!
