In this restaurant the employees are very young and they don't take care of you, even the manager is despotic and rude in the afternoon like 8.9 pm they start playing by throwing food stuff at each other that's very bad don't come better go to another lafondan it's disgusting to see them be like that.

We had an order of 7 bowls adding extra protein but the bowls were half empty. And the employees had the audacity to write “please cater next time!!” (Exclamation Mark).When went to the chipotle store to ask about it, the employee is asking “What do you want me to do”. The employee was extremely rude and didn't know the basics of customer service! He also had the attitude to say “These are a lot of bowls to make”. He is freaking getting paid to do his job and I am using my hard earned money to freaking pay for it, not his!! By the looks of the other reviews, its a data trend of disastrous service! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Thank me later.

The food at this location is terrible. I almost never leave reviews for chain restaurants, but I felt the need to warn others. I've eaten at Chipotle's all across Chicagoland because I drive a lot for my job and have never had a bad experience. The food is always delicious and despite what people say on the internet I've never had issues with portions. I got a chicken burrito at this location and it was an absolute abomination, and somehow smelled like cheap Chinese food. Although I wish I had gone to a cheap Chinese restaurant because it would have been infinitely better than this poor excuse for a burrito. The tomatoes from the pico were mushy, the rice was not seasoned at all, the sour cream tasted off, and the chicken was completely tasteless and also somehow had the consistency of a slow cooked pot roast. I gave up on it after 4-5 bites and threw it in the garbage. One of the main tenants of a chain restaurant is a surgical level of consistency across all locations and when that fails it's a huge letdown. I honestly didn't know it was physically possible to combine rice, beans, chicken, sour cream, and queso in a tortilla and have it taste anything less than GOOD. The employees at this location somehow pulled it off though. Clearly management is lacking and processes are not being followed correctly. This location definitely needs to be put under review by corporate. My heart goes out to all the gym goers at the LA fitness across the parking lot that would like to have a beautiful burrito bowl after their workouts but can't because this location is serving up nothing but garbage.

Yes, it's fast food and it's fairly consistent. I always get the salad bowl with spinach, rich, beans, chicken and a huge amount of pico de Gallo with the green sauce. topped off with some lettuce. The most irritating thing is they will brush the items that spill over to the counter back into the pans. YUK, YUK YUK! To top it off, they rarely clean the counter. Complete lack of food service hygiene. Come on guys, get your employees some proper training.

I usually love chipotle but this chipotle sucks they gave you barely any toppings. It doesn’t taste like they seasoned their rice at all, and I got charged for queso, but the amount of queso that they put in the burrito was ridiculously small.
The place is completely dirty.. Garbage in floor in baby high chair.. whit food.. wen I go to the bathroom omg .. see pictures... I never come back.

On 10/31/24 I ordered a pick up order off of door dash because I have other things going on in life and when I picked up my order the bowl looked disgusting. I asked for corn and pinto beans and got about 5 kernels of each, barely any chicken, a shit ton of white rice and it looked drenched in sour cream. I came in to speak to a manger however there wasn’t one there and whoever I spoke to said he didn’t have to give his name but that he can’t remake it and I have to call 1-800- chipotle. Their service is trash, the food portions and food in general is never the greatest from this location and the inside of the store is always nasty every time I’ve gone in. They need better management or employees in general. Do better!!

Went to this chipotle at 9 mp and asked if they are still open. A person in front of me was also waiting ,they were cleaning the steam table where the meat was by pouring in detergent water and scrubbing , there was open food next to where the kid was cleaning and I saw the soapy water go in the other food. I told the person in from if of me don’t order anything just look what he is doing. I asked for the manager and this young kid said he was the manager and that’s the way they do things!!!!very bad to leave kids in charge of a business
