I came during lunch, the floor and all the tables were dirty. No one was as out cleaning after the lunch crowd. They need to incorporate cleaning while working. No clean tables to sit at.

I ordered Guac on my bowl and they didnt put any and charged me the chips were stale mostly had veggies than meat on the bowl. They need to pay better attention and not act like the meats are coming out of their paychecks

I normally don’t leave bad reviews because I understand fast food restaurants get busy, but after repeated mistakes and consistently poor service, I feel I have to. Nearly every time I order from this Chipotle, they forget basic things like utensils and often my drink as well, and I have to ask for them. I’ve also had to wait at the pickup window for over five minutes on several occasions with no acknowledgment. I don’t necessarily blame the young staff — the real issue is poor management. The managers need to do a better job of training and supervising their team to make sure customers get the service they expect. If you’re looking for good service at Chipotle, I recommend going to the Grayslake location instead.

I placed a decent online order (over $65) for my family at the Chipotle in Mundelein, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating. When I arrived to pick up the food, only one item was correct. The tacos were made incorrectly, four items were completely missing, and the large chips and guac I paid for was swapped with a small.
I contacted Chipotle’s customer support hotline, but the representative couldn’t reach the store to resolve the issue or get the missing food. While I was issued a full refund, my family was left without dinner and we had to go elsewhere.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially for a location that already has poor ratings. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to the Mundelein Chipotle. If you’re considering ordering from here, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The food was very well cooked and fresh. aside from that, never have I had an experience like I did in this restaurant. My wife, and our two kids went in for lunch this past weekend. The music was loud enough to not hear the person taking the order or people sitting at your table. The music playing, was uncensored and every other word was something racist, demoralizing women sensually and glorifying guns and gun violence. Not only did I feel embarrasse d for my kids, wife, and other patrons. It was hard not to feel embarrassed the for the restaurant crew partaking in playing this music. I wish Google would allow audio and video clips in the reviews, so people could witness how bad it was without being influenced by my opinion.

I was super disappointed when I opened my burrito bowl! I ask for some specific portions and they did not give me extra rice or corn like I requested but that was super disappointing!!!
Laziest location ever! Horrible results every single time. Zero cilantro in the rice once again.

This is the only Chipotle I've been to that's consistently dirty in the seating area. They have one song playing by the tables, and then mumble rap playing in the back that's excessively loud. An annoyance all around, won't be back.
