The Gm seems to be a good guy but staff is not very friendly overall. Would not reccomend this Culver's. Have had to edit this down to a 1 star after receving another messed up order and rude service from staff.

My boss ordered online for our lunch a couple times we had butter burgers one day then Tim had cod fish dinner I had fish sandwich and Matt had chicken tenders that I had to pick up. The fish seemed to give Tim a upset belly cause I had to help him to the bathroom at the job at trampoline park we did pit for foam pit.

Ethan gave the best customer service ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. Checked on us, which ive never seen before anywhere. Also recommended us sauces + showing us the survey for a scoop. Great guy, much respect for going above and beyond unlike 99% of robot workers, he humanized the entire experience, now I can always come into this Culver’s and say Hi and be friends.

Ordered a double butter burger, light mustard. I got a double butter burger, just mustard. Surprised they didn't skip the meat too, why would you take toppings off just because one of the toppings is changed? Train the kids better.

Accidentally came to the drive thru before they even opened at 9:30 am (they open at 10) but they still helped me out and prepared me a meal even though they didn't have to, great customer service by some white guy with a beard
