This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience at this specific location. One time I went purposely in the morning to get a half dozen donuts and they were completely stale. Today I ordered a 25 variety pack of munchkins. Not only were the donuts old and stale again, but they didn’t even out 25. There were only 20 donuts.

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. It doesn’t matter how many times they’ve changed owners or different Employees. This place sucks! Instead of being able to enjoy my morning with my coffee and my sandwich. They always manage to get it wrong, and it really messes with my morning.

Ordered and iced mocha and a sandwich. Total of ~$10/was on the screen with my correct order. Got to the window and was only charged for and given my drink. No explanation why the food was removed without asking me. This location is hit-or-miss. Quality is usually good, but service varies.

About the 3rd time now in the last 4 weeks that I have been disappointed by this location. This morning in particular had to wait over 15 mins for an online order that I placed way ahead of time. They are understaffed and its impossible to get out of the drive through once you are in it. To top it off they keep adding EXTRA ice when I specifically ask for LESS ice, almost as if its on purpose. Will be going out of my way to go do my old dunkin.

May 25, 2025 went there that morning and ordered two glazed donuts, one sprinkled doughnut and a cold brew with easy creamer cold foam and French vanilla
There was no French vanilla. There was too much creamer didn’t have no taste of cold brew. This isn’t the first time they made this drink like is It’s every drink I ordered from there isn’t right I also didn’t get my third doughnut I ordered I hate to leave a review, but this is crazy Highly upset They need to be re-trained on making drinks and listen to the order given The coffee in the picture is supposed to be a cold brew. There is no way that’s a cold brew and I.had Plenty I hate to leave this review, but gezzz man
I usually love coming to Dunkin’, but this visit was a bit disappointing. I ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin, and even confirmed it a few times just to be sure. Unfortunately, when I got home, it turned out to be a bagel instead. Honest mistakes happen, and I totally understand that.
When I returned to the store to let them know, I was hoping for a little empathy.. especially since I was now running late for work. I asked if store credit might be possible, but instead, I was silently handed a doughnut (which I don’t eat). I politely asked again if there was anything they could offer, and the only response I received was a quick “no, have a good one.”
I know the team works hard and mornings can be hectic, but a little warmth and understanding go a long way. I hope next time the experience matches the usual Dunkin’ cheer.

We came in at 9pm so a little bit before they closed and there was one person working the whole store!!! But regardless she was managing everything with ease. I appreciate her time to get my order and ability to attend everyone who was coming in. Julissa also put me on the new tropical guava refresher which was so good. The vibes were immaculate too🤩

DOZEN doughnuts MIX!! 12 doughnuts MIX! They gave me a HALF a dozen doughnuts of the same doughnut. How can you mess up that much?!. Every time I come to this location I hope they are not under the influence because they mess up my order EVERY TIME I COME HERE! Happy to say its my last. I will save you guys from thinking to hard.
