May 25, 2025 went there that morning and ordered two glazed donuts, one sprinkled doughnut and a cold brew with easy creamer cold foam and French vanilla
There was no French vanilla. There was too much creamer didn’t have no taste of cold brew. This isn’t the first time they made this drink like is It’s every drink I ordered from there isn’t right I also didn’t get my third doughnut I ordered I hate to leave a review, but this is crazy Highly upset They need to be re-trained on making drinks and listen to the order given The coffee in the picture is supposed to be a cold brew. There is no way that’s a cold brew and I.had Plenty I hate to leave this review, but gezzz man

I usually love coming to Dunkin’, but this visit was a bit disappointing. I ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin, and even confirmed it a few times just to be sure. Unfortunately, when I got home, it turned out to be a bagel instead. Honest mistakes happen, and I totally understand that.
When I returned to the store to let them know, I was hoping for a little empathy.. especially since I was now running late for work. I asked if store credit might be possible, but instead, I was silently handed a doughnut (which I don’t eat). I politely asked again if there was anything they could offer, and the only response I received was a quick “no, have a good one.”
I know the team works hard and mornings can be hectic, but a little warmth and understanding go a long way. I hope next time the experience matches the usual Dunkin’ cheer.

We came in at 9pm so a little bit before they closed and there was one person working the whole store!!! But regardless she was managing everything with ease. I appreciate her time to get my order and ability to attend everyone who was coming in. Julissa also put me on the new tropical guava refresher which was so good. The vibes were immaculate too🤩

DOZEN doughnuts MIX!! 12 doughnuts MIX! They gave me a HALF a dozen doughnuts of the same doughnut. How can you mess up that much?!. Every time I come to this location I hope they are not under the influence because they mess up my order EVERY TIME I COME HERE! Happy to say its my last. I will save you guys from thinking to hard.

Service is awful. Dirty tables . The employees are not friendly. The drive threw takes a long time . I went inside, and it took even longer with no one in front of me.
Food is food, but come on, the drive thru lady that talks obnoxiously, I don’t like writing reviews but they have to do something about this, clearly the lady isn’t fluent in English and needs help, that’s the reason why she’s struggling on drive thru orders. Whoever is managing and hasn’t noticed this for months is clearly not doing a good job. Put the lady on a different task instead of the drive thru.

This store is the worst. They have a ton of problems. I will list issues I've had from different visits. 1. Lady spoke zero english working the drive through. She didn't have a clue what she was doing. 2. The store repeatedly closes early most recent ( 1/15/25)3. Employee tells me the owner wants water milkshakes due to profit It always needs to be re made. 4. A female employee was fighting with her boyfriend on the phone loudly and refused to help guests. I walked out. 5. They only seem to have 5 different flavors of ice cream. 6. The service is alway horrible. 7. They don't answer thier phone ever. 8. There is never a manager on duty.
This store should lose thier Franchise. Re name It " loser donuts and ice cream" No way should do they represent Dunkin Donuts in a good way. There is a problem 100% of the time It's visited.

Went in and ordered a 6 dollar meal deal, no sandwich. Also, 5 hashbrowns. Really? Order gets messed up all the time. Don’t even bother with this place
