This Dunkin is an elite place compared to others in the area and this place will forever be my go to spot. I come every day to this location, and they are just amazing. The ladies or guys who work there and the manager are very friendly. My order is always right and delicious. They make my days better. I buy a $8 drink every morning and late evening. I stop on my way to and from work. Today it happens to be day before payday so I gave her $5 in quarters she gave me a dirty look, shaking her head and said something in Spanish.. I ask her if there was an issue with quarters, and for her name. She said “pull up and get your coffee” and slammed the window closed. I waited without moving up and when she came back with my coffee I asked for a receipt and her name. She throw it at me and said Sophia. I look on the receipt and it said Brenda… so idk. But she was a nasty person. I don’t have any problem giving someone quarters but some people do and would already be kinda embarrassed so why treat someone like that..

I went to go get my coffee and the the oldest girl with so much additude proceeded to yell at me when I asked a simple question. So much attitude and this has happened multiple times at the same location. I went get my coffee not to get yelled at. Manager needs to do something about her workers!
I ordered today in the morning at 8am plain ice latter with no flavor. They put syrup in the there. I drove around it and asked to replace it. They replaced with exact the same item and woman at the register was saying it’s milk!!!! Then put a regular milk! So horrible service. Wauconda location much better and know what is latte with no flavor

I come to this location because it's near my work. Every single day I ask for a sandwhich modified with a different cheese and they have not gotten it right yet. Im here almost every day and I don't know why they can't ever get my order right.

I got the ham and cheese on pretzel bun, hash browns, and coffee to go on my way to a function with several other ladies. First of all, we waited over 5 minutes for our orders of good and coffee. Finally, someone behind the counter informed us that our orders were ready at the opposite end of the counter completely out of sight. Again, told only after waiting an inordinate amount of time for our orders near the cashier. Not told while ordering where to pick-up our food, nor any signs posted where to pick-up the food.
The ham and cheese sandwich I ordered came with mustard on it. No where did it state it came with mustard. Disgusting. There were only 6 little cold and soggy hash brown coins in the big paper sleeve. After my function, I drove over 30 minutes to return the sandwich and tell them of the small portion of hash browns. They told me that 6 little coins was a full serving of their hash browns. They told me that the sandwich comes with mustard in a tone that said now go away. I said I wanted a refund for the sandwich I was returning. The girl behind the counter said she couldn't do it without a manager present. She offered me a replacement sandwich or 3 doughnuts. I reitered I wanted a refund. For 10 minutes I watched this girl make several feeble attempts to call the manager from her personal cell phone. All the while saying she could not give me a refund and she couldn't get ahold of the manager.
Then, an older hispanic lady pulled out her cell phone and made a call. She was very disrespectful in speaking spanish and not English, to the person on the other end of the call. The lady obviously wasn't aware that I speak spanish. She not only told this woman I did not like the food, she made disparaging inappropriate comments about me as well right in front in front of me believing I couldnot understand her. After the call she begrudgingly refunded my $5.40. Very rude, while I remained respectful and polite. Unbelieveable.
