I’ll start by saying this, I always do enjoy the coffee when I go there and the service can be a hit or miss, depending on which employee is there. I’ve met some very kind, hardworking ones and some, not so much. There is an older guy that works in the afternoons (only time of day I’ve seen him) and he is EXTREMELY RUDE. He rushes you and gets annoyed when you ask for more than one thing. Alright, whatever.
Now, to the reason I decided to finally write this review, was based off of a drink I got today (3/12/25) for my son. He asked me for a lemonade and so, we stopped by. First of all, a small lemonade was $4. What I got, tasted like store bought lemon juice mixed with dirty dish water. I was appalled at how disgusting it was. I felt so bad for my kid after trying it myself. The audacity to charge that much for a small just to have it taste like garbage. I’ll be going to a different location from now on. Highly disappointed.
Dishonorable mention: This Dunkin has one of the most bizarre drive thru’s I’ve ever seen.

One of the best Dunkin’s I go to!! Depends on my shift but the morning crew is awesome!! Muhammad is always so happy and nice to talk to! I stop at this one daily and go out of my way a few mins because the actually make my order right! Thank you

Went to order for my family and this older lady with glasses and a blue shirt took our order. Off the bat she was very rude and kept saying “oh my gosh” when I told her my ordered. At one point, we were ordering a half a dozen of donuts and when we told her our last donut, she had her back to us and ignored us. She was especially annoyed when I couldn’t figure out how to pay with my app. When I asked her for help she just walked away from the register. Luckily I figured it out and by that time, she came back and scanned my code. Very upsetting, this is the closest dunkin to us otherwise I don’t think we would come back.

Worse Dunkin’ Donuts ever! Service is 0! Everything is 0 ! Told them 1000 times nicely then messed up whole order again!!! Worse plans ever!!!!!!!!!!don’t come!

CONSISTENTLY incorrect. I have never received a correct order here. 2 chocolate sprinkle donuts and a small iced pumpkin spice latte, lady looked so confused and gave me two different incorrect donuts and a medium iced coffee that tasted like straight up sewage.

Please mix matcha well! 3rd time ordering a matcha and it still wasn’t mixed. The powder was all at the bottom :( no other issues with coffee, etc. just the matcha
Too bad this place is going downhill. I always get my midnight roast and used to be perfect. My last incident they gave me regular coffee was almost no taste so I called up several times and finally they answered and the lady said we apologize come in and we'll give you a replacement. I said okay great I appreciate it. Well I came in and told them same thing she told me on the phone and she said no we can't do it we don't have time to answer the phone... such terrible customer service

Requested two different coffees and a breakfast sandwich. Repeated myself about 5 times on the second coffee just to be given an "ok" as if she knew exactly what I ask for just to be handed the wrong drink. I returned the wrong drink and ask for my money back on the second drink. They failed to do that too. It really speaks for itself.

My experiences at this location have overall been good. When I order at the window and check my order before I leave it's normally perfect. I do not suggest you order on the app because the time "saved" by pre order is spent threefold when attempting to communicate an order issue with the window person. Don't even try to ask for help with a credit for a unavailable item ordered online because Dunkin' employees have no clue about... nor care to know, about the online services. Don't ask for contact information as the window person two weeks ago told me so very curtly "No I'm not going to give you anything, why would I ? You need to go online on your phone and look it up!". Then she shut the window and walked away. Thank you Dunkin' for that helpful information the employee is a one star and the processes in place are two stars. The coffee is five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.Go inside your sanity will thank you

I have to say that my latte almost always tastes perfect,if not I bring it right back. I just don't like that I'm friendlier than they are. I say thank you more. I always they them to have a nice day. I guess customer service isn't what it use to be. There is only one or two ladies working there who are polite and friendly.
