Hitz Pizza and Sports Bar

So a coworker recommended Hitz for pizza. And the pizza was good, it had good sauce, right amount of cheese, the crust was okay I wish it was a little bit crispier, and the atmosphere was pretty good. If it was raining day, I would recommend this pizza place.

We did catering for about 38 warehouse employees. Food was kept hot, delivered cleanly, food was easy to take out and set up. Tasted delicious! (We went with the Italian Beef). We will order from them again next party.

Terrible service. We went in an hour before close to order pizza. We were greeted with frustration from the girl at the front who was very obviously angry we came in. Told us to just pick a table. We went and sat down at a random table. All the servers watched us sit. We waited about 20 mins and absolutely all the servers ignored us and us never came over to take our order. We were very obviously upset and got up to leave and the guy that was just staring at us had the nerve to tell us, sarcastically to have a good night. Absolutely worst customer service and rude employees. I can't rate the food because we never had the chance to order. We wound up going down the street to a different pizza place and have to say I'm glad we did. It is far superior. Avoid this place if you actually want food. 0 out of 5 stars.

The pizza is solid and at a good price. Plenty of TVs with the usual sports channels on all the time. The acoustics are not great, and it can be difficult to hear conversation. The wait staff are attentive. This is a solid neighborhood bar/restaurant.

A very rude person answering phone calls today. She hangs up on you and answers as she's very annoyed with your questions.

Went there for the first 1st time and the food was delicious omg there pizza is phenomenal but the service we got was the most horrible service. I will not return to this place unfortunately .

We visited this restaurant with our family after a long day at the pool, looking forward to a nice meal together. We were a party of 8, and from the moment we arrived, the experience started off on the wrong foot. The waitress seemed visibly upset about having to open another section to seat us, which set an uncomfortable tone.

While the food was genuinely delicious and well-prepared, the service was extremely disappointing. Our server appeared irritated from the start, especially when we all ordered water. There was no warm greeting or basic hospitality, which made the whole experience feel unwelcoming.

Sadly, despite the great food, the lack of good service means we won’t be returning. A friendly attitude goes a long way, especially when dining out with family
