I got food poisoning from a caprese sandwich here on Tuesday and still haven’t recovered. Told my friend about and she said this particular Jimmy John’s has certain “issues”. People should really take extra care when handling food.

I ordered delivery. They never delivered and did not have the courtesy to check. I was sick and it was for my son. They said they dispatched it twice but never showed up. I will request refund and won't ho to that one again

We order with the app most weeks and the food is consistently delicious. The staff members are always friendly.
Jimmy John's is my favorite sub sandwich chain. I don't recall this issue last time we ordered from this restaurant - we ordered a few subs on line for pick up. When I got the subs home, we found there was very little meat and fixings on the subs.... I mostly tasted bread and pickles with my Cubano.... Same with the other two subs. Disappointing.....
