I ordered delivery. They never delivered and did not have the courtesy to check. I was sick and it was for my son. They said they dispatched it twice but never showed up. I will request refund and won't ho to that one again

I got food poisoning from a caprese sandwich here on Tuesday and still haven’t recovered. Told my friend about and she said this particular Jimmy John’s has certain “issues”. People should really take extra care when handling food.

Jimmy John's is my favorite sub sandwich chain. I don't recall this issue last time we ordered from this restaurant - we ordered a few subs on line for pick up. When I got the subs home, we found there was very little meat and fixings on the subs.... I mostly tasted bread and pickles with my Cubano.... Same with the other two subs. Disappointing.....

Friendly and helpful staff, food is consistent and good.
We are advocate jimmy John’s customers . Store #450 manager Ryan took our order. We ordered a #6 and a #12. When our sandwiches were delivered the #6 veggie sand no tomatoes and xtra cucumbers was mostly bread no xtra cucumbers the avacado spread tasted bad. We called to let them know and to get a refund only for the veggie sandwich and received the worst customer service ever from Ryan who said he was the manager. Check #18….. who refused to refund us and didn’t offer to accommodate with a remake as well” stating there is nothing wrong with the sandwich and that he made it himself. Keep in mind this is a veggie as with hardly and veggies on it for almost $10

Sergio, the manager of the MUNDELEIN store is fabulous. The online systemTook our order whileThe store was closing one minute afterwards ( didn't look at the time)We received a call saying our order would be cancelled. When we offered to pick up, the female employee said fine.When realizing we wouldn't be there until 8:10, we called to cancel.Sergio said... don't worry! I'mHere and will be for awhile.Thank you for the consistent food and great service.

I tried to order the new beefy crunch 16 inch. I received a #16 regular. Pretty stupid to have a #16 when 16 inches is one of your sizes.
