I had a poor experience here. As I was waiting for my food, I was looking at my phone with my head close to the table. The waitress, without saying anything, literally dropped the plate next to my head. The burger I ordered was medium, despite me ordering it for well done. Not a big deal. But as soon as I finished the last bite on my plate, the waitress came to give me my check. I'm a visible minority. I hope that didn't have anything to do with this, but....

1 bartender and absolutely ZERO idea of the location of liquor on the shelf. Hand pointed to everything. This hotel needs to teach or at least guide them. Poor management that leads to this.

Friday night had only the bartender managing a whole room of bar and tables. A runner came in about 9 but was already too far behind. Once caught up, the bartender didn't show up again. She had forgotten us once, and I don't wait another time. She joked with patrons for 10 minutes while I stood at the bar trying to check out. Staffing and attitudes need to be checked.

It's a convenient place to dine when staying at the hotel. The menu is very limited and provides your basic food distributor options. The ladies who were bartenders my first week there were great. On my return trip, there was a gent behind the bar, and he was not remotely close to as friendly or prompt as the ladies (one was in training-1st night) .
