This was a place of nostalgia for me to go and try Long John Silvers, but what a let down. Not only is the menu different from other LJS franchise, they managed to mess up my order and leave out 3 things that I paid for and carried out. They then have a phone number that is a recording to tell you that "they can't answer your call right now because they are busy." What kind of customer service is that? Nothing worse than fish, fries, and chicken that has been sitting under a heat lamp then is served to you. Don't waste your time at this fast food flop!

The place was not incredibly busy I ordered a family meal and yet I got cold fries I ask for red sauce they forgot it. The chicken had been sitting in the warming bin and was hard the fish same thing for one of the pieces if I'm having to wait for fresh pieces they should be ALL FRESH not just enough to make the orderDon't screw the customer who pays your paycheck

Dude, it's LJS, and sometimes it is necessary. It's just, there's always something that goes wrong... Ie. This time, no tartar... Last time burnt puppies... Etc. But, in a year or two, I'll get some weird craving, and I'll be back. See ya then.

We went to one michigan city In it was awful we all came home with stomach cramps and the food was awful fish was flat and overly dry .
@longjohnslvrs @tacobell horrific experience at the Mundelein, IL store. Manager refused to provide name when he failed to follow corp policy. Called the cops on us!!! Called my wife "honey" multiple times even after asking him not to!!! Inappropriate and unacceptable!!

It was an absolutely horrible experience our order taker could not speak or even understand English the menu is completely changed the building is changed it's not even Long John Silver's anymore it's Taco Bell with a Long John Silver's add-on they don't have the menu they don't have the food they don't have the customer service I will never eat at this Long John Silver's again ever

I'm torn. I really like LJS food, but I've been to this location three times in the last couple weeks, and none of the times did they give me the sauce I requested. One of the times they gave me the whole wrong side order. Another of the times they gave me a side order in addition to the meal instead of replacing the fries with the side order I requested. Food good, staff needs training & /or hearing aids!

This is a fantastic LJS. Staff are polite, food was fast and good, and, if you have seen my post about the Downers Grove location posted on the KFC side, no Edgar! Well, if he did work here I'm sure he'd have more hours, the place was hoppin'. Well done LJS, well done.
