We grew up in Elmwood Park, went to Luke's frequently. The hot dogs and beef sandwiches ,fries and onion rings were Delicious! Same delicious tastes, I remember !

I had Luke's italian beef with provo and peppers. My husband had a burger and my daughter had a turkey sub. We each had an order of fries (pictured) the portions were generous as you can see. The food is great we do recommend. The staff is friendly. Indoor seating or you can eat outdoors.

Update: I will never go back, this is the third time in a row now we have had a bad experience. It's a shame because this place used to be great. The service is terrible, they clearly don't want to be there and don't listen to the orders at all. I pointed this out on this visit and told them to remake my husbands gyro, because I watched it made wrong, and could see it made wrong.... yet it wasn't remade and I was told I was wrong..... Um what???? This was after I called ahead to order, was told 5 mins, waited 25 minutes and watched at least 6 other people come in and order and leave before I got my order. I only had a gyro that wasn't supposed to go on the grill, but they did anyway.... A burger and fries. It's not like I had 20 things. We will just go to Twisted Burger, Portllos, it really anywhere but here anymore.
Never had a bad meal here! Everything is great! Beware of ordering a large fry, that order will be enough for the family. They always give generous portions and I love that they serve red cream soda!

Worst italian sub ever. Very little meat. To much lettuce. If you're selling subs, put some meat in them. Asking premium price for subpremium quality.
No matter the location wherever you're at, you know you can always rely on Luke's for tasty Chicago style grub.
This past February was the first time in maybe a year dining here and really missed it. There are Chicago style grills all over the Chicagoland area but they don't always hit the same.
I've been to different Luke's locations and I can't say I've ever had anything that I didn't enjoy. Food is always hot & delicious at still fair prices, customer service is always friendly and dining room kept clean.
Keep cookin' up that yummy grub and I'll keep coming back for more. I wish for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

I went there tonight to pick up some food ordered and Italian sausage and it was way undercooked with cold fries so I threw it away. I went in about 8pm and it seemed as if the kid at the front didn’t even want to be there.. I won’t be going there again in the evening.. really disappointed

Got a microwavable tamale..... If I knew that I wouldn't have bought it, too salty, inedible. My fiance enjoyed his food though. Fries where good, and prices are decent.

Parking: Plenty of parking to accommodate customers. Parking is for Luke’s customers ONLY.
Wheelchair accessibility: From what I could see, the men’s bathroom door is very narrow and may not be able to accommodate a wheelchair.
