When you think of Mexican-American food, Maya's is the benchmark. Mundelein has a good variety of Mexican restaurants and without a doubt when you are looking for a variety of dishes, quality and quantity you will find it here. A restaurant with a family atmosphere and where the owner always takes care of the quality of his dishes.

We love everything we ordered here at Maya’s. Excellent breakfast and experience! We ordered their Mexican skillet with eggs, chorizo, bell pepper, onion, hash browns, and cheese. Everything was so good and cooked to perfection! Plus, their prices are fair and serving is big. If you are looking for delicious authentic Mexican food, just come here. Staff is friendly and you won't be disappointed.

Our server Nayeli was super nice.
I grade Mexican food by the salsa and the the chips and salsa where delightful.
Also you get 4 different squeeze bottle of sauces, green, avocado, spiced peanut and red.
Had the chicken enchiladas and the plate was huge and the wife had chicken sope huge!!!
Bill was $27 and we have full meals as left overs.
