I normally let this stuff go but when I pay $3 for a lousy cup of coffee, I at least expect to get it how I asked with the extra ingredients I paid for. ESPECIALLY when I’m the only car in the lot?? And A MACHINE MAKES IT FOR YOU. all you have to do is press the buttons. And now they won’t answer the phone and keep hanging up on me.

Order taker did not know the menu or does not understand English. I asked for a double cheeseburger with bacon. And she said there was no menu item that included bacon, I would have to add bacon for $2.29 for a half a piece of bacon. Apparently there is a double cheeseburger with bacon “a bacon McDouble. Very poor experience would not recommend this McDonald’s at 151 N Lake St Mundelein Il store #4532

This has to be the one of the worst McDonald's I've been too.
I ordered a #5 Breakfast combo that comes with 2 McGriddles. The first time they messed up my order they gave 1 McGriddle with 2 apple pies. I didn't realize it until I got to work. I wasn't too upset about the mixup as I figured they ran out of McGriddles and gave me 2 apple pies to compensate. But no, they just probably gave the wrong order.
The second time I ordered a #5 the following week. The guy at the first window seemed to be not present and was mumbling. I pull to the second window and this time I check before pulling off. They only gave me 1 McGriddle again. I immediately let them know.
I've gotten 2 wrong orders twice in two weeks. I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast here unless you want to be mad!
