Whenever I ask for light ice in my drink, they give me full ice. Today I said I dont think that's light ice, and the woman at the drive through window just said have a good day and shut the window in my face. Very rude.

Horrible customer service, you ask for a specific item. Then they tell you, you are not correct and proceed to be rude, when you know what you asked for. It’s not my first time being treated horribly in this location. If it’s not the round up i didn’t ask for to be rounded up. It is the lack of customer service and accountability.

I pre-ordered my meal 10 minutes ahead to be ready to go when I show up like most of the time a manager who doesn't speak English or understand the app and didn't even have my order ready or started fortunately there was someone there that was actually polite and I trying to blame me for them not having their stuff done and the manager that spoke English and Spanish was very polite to me I noticed most McDonald's with Hispanic managers that don't speak English tend to be rude to Hispanic clients for inferiority complex but our super nice when a white person walks in
