$10 for BBQ Chicken sandwich. It was 90% bread 10% chicken. Servings are ridiculous for the price

Employees cannot read and get orders correct. They all need to go back to school and relearn basic reading skills.

Brought home what was the worst meal and order I’ve ever had from any Panera location. 2 salads, both came without their chicken. And “Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup” here is “Watery Chicken and Rice Soup”. Afterwards it got flushed down the toilet.

Bad night in the kitchen or not, do better.

Just picked up my food and I ordered the pick two and asked to switch the bread to the white bread bc it’s softer and easier to chew for me. I don’t come here every day or every week but thanks for giving me barely any tuna on my sandwich. Very much appreciate being so kind to workers I always say please and thank you to just seen my half made sandwich. I would call you directly but I already have enought anxiety in my life just wish you guys would know that I switch the bread bc it’s softer not bc I’m trying to get a free or bigger sandwich.

YUM YUM YUM! The Chicken Chipotle Avo Melt was a blast of delicious, savory flavors. I really like the innovation here and adding new combinations to the menu. Just the thought of chicken, cheese, avocado, and chipotle sauce makes my mouth water, and Panera killed it with the execution. Took a little long to make but it was worth it in the end! 5 stars!

Like coffee sign up for the sip club, but watch out you’ll soon buy lots of other yummy stuff. Just plain good food services is nice. Sometimes they get busy. Avoid lunch hour if you don’t like noise and crowd. In Spring outdoor seating is a good option. And their awnings attract bird Nests. So check off two boxes at once nature watching and caffeinating.

I like their soups and sandwiches however, getting a chunk of dry bread is difficult to eat. Turns to paste on the palate. Especially when you get a sammy wrapped in bread! At least provide a few pats of butter to add some substance to it...

I love Panera and am a sip club member. I love the healthier choices and freshness as an option. I wish the prices were a tad less.

Panera recently changed their menu...it's called "A New Era At Panera". I miss the old era...no more sesame seed bagels, chocolate chip bagels or chive and onion cream cheese. I do not understand keeping cinnamon rasin bagels and honey walnut cream cheese on the menu. Also, the plain cream cheese recipe has changed. Now it smells like Elmers glue and tastes like stale whipped cream. The asiago cheese bagels were also overcooked to thr point of nearly being burnt. I will stop spending my money here. I can't justify spending $20+ on bagels and cream cheese. I'll try another location next time, but this is probably the beginning of the end for getting breakfast at Panera for me (at least). I wonder if Einstein Bros. is still open?

Wait time was ridiculously slow! We waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes - line wasn't moving so we parked and went inside to order to-go. That took another 25 minutes. Not good for business.
