Today was just. . . .blah. We've been coming to this location for quite some time but today makes me question if I'll ever come back. We walked in and immediately saw no one was at the counter so we tried to order on their human-less stations. When finding it impossible to order what I wanted for my daughters, we got in line. A young lady who was very kind appeared to be ending her shift. Said someone would be with us shortly. Roughly 6 minutes later of standing in silence with a baker walking back and forth acknowledging us, but not coming forward, we had a gentleman with a headset come out. While he apologized for the delay he stated he must have been on the phone possibly taking some sort of order? Where are the other employees?
We took our order, and after all this, I realized by the pile of dirty dishes all over the trash and recycling area. In addition to how dirty all the tables were, they must be severely understaffed. I understand it's the holidays and things can get hectic and people take off. As a parent, however, trying to manage a 5 and 8-year-old in a line with no one present for 6 minutes... That's a bit rough. With my hourly rate, and how long we waited, my food could have been paid for.
I'm rolling the dice on whether or not we will return, and hopefully this isn't a local management issue. Panera corporate, how about you send some employees their way?

0 stars for service.If you walk up to the counter for help, usually nobody is there. They hope you don’t bother them and want you to use their kiosk. On my way I called and asked the manager to hold a bag of cookies. She said no. I asked to pay over the phone. She said no. Bad experiences is bad business and this location is good at that. I cater daily but when I want Panera I will order Potbelly instead. Panera calls me regularly for my catering business. They should not waste their time again.
The salads are fresh made when ordered. The bakery goods are awesome.

Brought home what was the worst meal and order I’ve ever had from any Panera location. 2 salads, both came without their chicken. And “Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup” here is “Watery Chicken and Rice Soup”. Afterwards it got flushed down the toilet.
