Ordered half Italian sausage and mushrooms and half pineapple. No mushrooms on pizza. When I called with the issue I was transferred kept ringing followed ny busy signal and then it hung up. 3 times I went through this.

Not only did they mess up my order, I specifically spoke to the manager to clarify the order. When I called to tell them they messed up the manager gaslighting me saying I was mistaken and he tried to tell me I did not communicate properly which I 1000% did and clarified the order multiple times. Also the manager wanted to charge me for extra sauce on the wings. Absolutely atrocious management and service. Also would like to add wings had almost no sauce and I was not refunded for the incorrect bbq wings that came as medium and I paid $10 for extra wing sauce that was also not refunded.
Ordered $50 worth of food. Ordered extra sauce and didn’t get that on the pizza. A got BBQ wings that had barely any sauce on them. Do not get the cinnamon rolls, they look nothing like the picture on the website or app and they literally used pizza dough to make it. It is such false marketing. And they forgot the ranches I paid for. Horrible experience.

Order was late (estimated pickup time was 7:22 but order wasn’t ready until well after 8). We were told they gave one of our pizzas to another customer and had to remake . Unfortunately the other one was done on time but it seems that they let it sit out for the 35-40 minutes while they remade first one so it was stone cold when we got it. Pizza was also burned, no toppings within 2-3 inches of crust, and the pan dough was flat. So disappointing. This is the second time we have had this type of bad experience so we will never go back to this location. It seems like only one staff member was trying to make everything right while everyone in the back room/kitchen was messing up order after order.

2 Incorrect pizzas arrived 2 pizzas had wrong toppings, one pizza wasn’t ours at all but we still got it, side orders missing part of the side orders which were wings look to have been rushed all dry with little to no sauce, phone too busy to get through to discuss a refund. I get that it was the holiday but this was a surprise from here for sure.

Ordered many times form Pizza Hut, but this time poor quality of food. It’s a joke how they ask for pictures and a receipt, obviously if they emailed me a food review the day after, they know I spent $35.00. Poor quality of food preparer, and didn’t follow the order or didn’t care.
Parking: Need more parking spots and better employee that prep food order
