Me and my aunt got here at 6;46pm they close at 7pm, angie was reaññy nice and made our drinks, after she had been done cleaning the machines. Which was really really nice of her to do! We know it is a struggle when you are working alone and already had washed the machines BUT she made it work for us!Thank you angie! ?

I walked in the building and didn't feel welcomed. A simple good morning, a hi, or "welcome to Starbucks" would have made my experience more satisfying. I am expressing my experience only to promote awareness of the importance of customer service. That's it that's all. Next time I stop by I hope that I can have a better experience. I was unable to order anything hence I received a call and had to run out. In other words Starbucks lost a sale due to failing to perform the "fast implementation act" that exists in the world of business. I will be back hoping for a better outcome
