I went to the drive thru a s have never experienced a more lackluster service from a Starbucks. The guy didn’t acknowledge me when I drove to the window. I asked to redeem my points and he failed to again acknowledge me or my request, he just scanned my app and handed me my drink. Extremely rude staff.

We come here almost every week. When they are about to close they always let us know, but today they were rude and with no further notice they turned the lights off.

Typically starbucks. Parking lot/drive- thru is a cluster. Not sure who designed these things. They may want to consider putting traffic posts and more signage.

My drink was pretty good but even though I ordered extra ice, the liquid was warm so it melted fast.
My biggest suggestion to this location would be , when your customer gets to the window of the drive-through, and you have no one else in line and you’re doing nothing, don’t consider this your free break time.
Maybe take the time to clean the hand prints and fingerprints off the window or arrange some of the cups outside the window or maybe just have a conversation with your customer. Whatever you do, don’t just stand with your back and your butt to the window the entire time waiting for someone else to make the drink and hand it to you so that you can turn around and just give it to the customer. All that says to me as the customer is, “I don’t want to be here and you shouldn’t want to come here.“

If you want to know what I’m talking about visit Volo or McHenry locations. Their customers are made to feel that they matter.

If you watch the video in the summer game this week, this store is just the opposite of that today.

Slowest drive through ever! Have been here a few times and this seems to be the norm. Also, my Carmel machiatto was the worst ever. It was so light colored and when I tasted it I realized that barely any coffee was put in it. I should have known by the color. Will be going to a different SB from now on.

My daughter turned 12 and no free pink drink on her birthday!!! all her friends got one on their Birthday, I guess this Starbucks is different. I Will avoid this Starbucks from now on.
