Quick turnaround on orders even if there is a long line. Very friendly staff and clean store. They have never messed up an order and are always in a good mood.

I’m really frustrated with the attitudes of some of the employees at this location. I work in a customer-focused field myself, and if I acted the way some of your staff do, I wouldn’t have a job. It’s incredibly disappointing to have my day and mood ruined just trying to get my usual refresher. I truly wish I could find a better alternative, because I enjoy your drinks — but the experience has been consistently unpleasant.

Whoever the older gentleman that is working the drive through on 11-7 at 12:20 was extremely rude and had terrible customer service. Move him to the back and have someone more pleasant interacting with the customers !

I went to the drive thru a s have never experienced a more lackluster service from a Starbucks. The guy didn’t acknowledge me when I drove to the window. I asked to redeem my points and he failed to again acknowledge me or my request, he just scanned my app and handed me my drink. Extremely rude staff.

We come here almost every week. When they are about to close they always let us know, but today they were rude and with no further notice they turned the lights off.

Typically starbucks. Parking lot/drive- thru is a cluster. Not sure who designed these things. They may want to consider putting traffic posts and more signage.
