This is a Venti Matcha Latte. Did they add that much ice on purpose?? I paid for a Venti and got a Grande with tons of ice!! Great way to save on product I guess. This has happened before at this location and not a good way to cheat customers out of product they pay for!!

Not sure what happened to this place, drinks used to be made right, now they are not. Ordered through the phone and they still got it wrong. Go to a different one, not worth going to this one anymore. People don't have time to go back and ask for a remake or refund. Waste of $$$ and time

Half the reason I go here is to use the Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi always sucks. Every other Starbucks I go to I have zero problems but here I can barely stream anything let alone download something, would be 5 stars if not for that

I want to bring your attention to my recent experience at Starbucks. I specifically requested a hot tea with extra syrup and no water, but I received a drink that did not meet those specifications. Additionally, the pumpkin bread I ordered was served cold despite my request to have it warmed up. When I asked for it to be warmed, I felt like my request was not taken seriously. I believe these oversights need to be addressed to ensure better service in the future.

The older gentleman at the drive thru has ruined this Starbucks , his customer service is not good at all and not friendly .. when he is running the drive thru it’s very slow

I got a ice matcha with extra cold foam, when i got it, it had less than it would’ve have without the extra, i told them i wanted extra cold foam and they put extra matcha, i don’t know why our elderly people at the register if they can’t get it done right
