Sonya was the most friendly and helpful employee I’ve seen in a while. The store was clean and well kept. I saw a customer who was being rude to her and despite the unacceptable behavior the customer showed, Sonya remained professional and hospitable to any problem that she presented to her. I was very impressed, and the food was absolutely delicious. It’s been so long since I last had Subway because I’ve had a bad experience with it before, but here, my view on their food had changed completely. Kudos to the people working here. Definitely will come back again.

The guy upfront did not let us redeem a birthday reward for a 99 cent cookie. He made us go back to the car to get our license to prove our birthday then did not even look at it once we brought it in. He then asked what kind of cookie we wanted and when I said chocolate chip, he took all of the chocolate chip cookies out of the display and told us they did not have any. He then said it will be an hour for them to bake while hiding the chocolate chip cookies behind the counter. I hope this was not an act of discrimination as we are both Mexican women but that is what it seemed like. If you want even bare minimum costumer service, do not attend this subway. The guy was very unprofessional and made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
