I recently had a very disappointing experience with Taco Bell Mundelein Location. As vegetarians, my family and I ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza online, but were shocked to receive a beef and beans Mexican pizza instead. This Mexican pizza isn't even listed on their menu, which added to our frustration. Consuming meat is against our religious beliefs, making this mistake particularly distressing. When we contacted the restaurant to address the issue, we were met with rudeness and a lack of empathy from Alex and his manager. They were unapologetic and insisted on verifying the order, which meant we had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to show them how they had messed up. This was not only inconvenient but also disrespectful, as they should have taken our word and handled the situation with more professionalism. The entire experience left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. We expect better service and understanding from a restaurant, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions and religious beliefs. Unfortunately, This location of Taco Bell failed to meet these expectations, and we will not be returning.

There is a older lady at night shift I went to pick up an Uber order and she was rude I asked her to give me a cup holder and she rudely said " there over there" get workers who actually wanna work with a better attitude

The service at this location is horrible… I don’t expect anyone to be overly nice but nothing but rude? Whoever that lady was in drive thru is awful - definitely needs some customer service training.

Guy was messing up my order and I was trying to correct him with my order and he strat yelling so I canceled my order and went to drivethru window to talk to Manager he was telling me you want leave or calling cops Wow what customer service they have I would recommend not to go there

The burrito and tacos just fell apart in my hands and I even saw a few nats fly off the Tacos! Disgusting and horrifying experience that I just had to write this review!!!
