The food was pretty good. The wait time to be served was a little longer than desired, but the complimentary chips and salsa help, and they are delicious. New restaurant. Once they work out the small discrepancies, they will be 5 star caliber. Owner and family are very kind. The flan was the best I ever had.

Anyhow dessert it's excellent but I can't eat it cuz I'm too fast and the drink I have to orchata I don't know what it's called the orchata that's what it's called that's that's what I have the service. The service is good. Something gold for me. Just put on my family. Really great new Mexican place in Mundelein. I know there are A LOT of options in Mundelein, but this has got to be one of the best. This is the former home of Family Fishery and Las Naranjas.The service was really good and I had an order for 4 different meals and it came out very quickly. They have a nice variety of hot accoutrements.We got Chile rellenos, carnitas, steak tacos and a burrito. All were excellent. The burrito was big and delicious. Carnitas was juicy and good. I'm local and I'll definitely be returning

It took only one visit to admire the love for growing and to give the best experience to the customers.Food taste like a real Mexican cuisine and the owners try to make you feel like home.Please go and try it. One of my new favorite lunch spots. New owner recently. One of new additions is a salsa bar which has a fresh daily made avocado salsa. It is so good. Carnitas are amazing for tacos. Also had chicken and steak. All have been very good. Fajitas are good. Churros and flan are both great desserts though rarely hungry after meal. For the portion size, price is very good.

Just came here today again because of their tacos. I tried this new quesadilla like food and it tasted a bit weird but the steak tacos are really good. The Jarritos are also sold here and barely anywhere else. If you dine-in, they just got new booths.
