This place has a terrible bartender that happens to work every single time I go. She is very rude and immature. I caught her light poring my cocktails and said there's no way I should owe this much after she handed me the bill.Then she said she only charges what she gives us. She was trying to over charge me for light pours. I payed my bill then walked away for a moment. When I got back she said I had to leave. I went back several months later for a concert because I didn't know she actually ended up BANNING me that day. I'm not allowed there anymore because I didn't tip her for her horrible service? Why is she able to be where she is, in terms of command? She's at least one of the owners of the place, she doesn't show much respect to people considering that. I don't recommend anyone to try this place if they haven't been there before. 0 stars dispite this having a single star minimum.

The owner sounds like a toddler throwing a hissy fit with the responses to reviews. If they respond that way publicly I can’t begin to imagine how they treat their staff/patrons behind closed doors.

A fun and local establishment. They offer a great place to meet up for drinks or a night out. Featuring bands and events, the real sleeper is SINGO! Great fun with friends and rocking out to a jukebox approach to bingo but using music. Highly recommended!

The place is a sad representation of what could be good. The bartender provided terrible service to us. The drinks felt watered down and not great imo. Look elsewhere folks. Plenty of good options that aren’t ripoffs in lake county

My friends and I, who are all above age, just wanted to go grab a drink and dance in the middle of the week but the lady behind the bar had other plans. When we got to the bar (sober) we paid a cover, and got through the bouncer and went up to grab a drink but we were refused service by the bartender for having fake IDs. After questioning her ability to verify a government ID, she then proceeded to kick us out of the bar. We then learned that the bartender is the owner. This is unbelievable behavior and a poor way to run a business. I will not be coming here, especially because this was my first experience at Sundance Saloon.

I want to preface by saying I rarely leave Google reviews, but was treated so unkindly at this establishment by the woman behind the bar, it felt justified. We were so disappointed by our treatment, we asked for the woman’s name and now know it was owner.
We were excited to dance, have a drink, and enjoy the evening. We waited patiently in line to grab a beer and were chatting kindly with fellow patrons. The bar tender asked for our IDs, the second time of the evening being asked after showing our IDs to the bouncer (we are of age with real government issued identification). We promptly presented our IDs with a smile, again, as well as backup IDs. The bartender/owner claimed all IDs were fake and rudely threw us out of the bar.
Incredibly poor customer service. The bartender/owner’s hostility was unfounded and deeply rude. We have enjoyed ourselves here in the past, referred many friends, but will never be spending a single penny here again. Entirely unfounded rudeness… apologies for making the attempt to support your small business?

The old woman behind the bar took my 3 friends id’s as well as mine and said they were all fake- and threw us out. We are all over age and just wanted to grab a drink and dance. Disgusting behavior from the bar tender. Made a nasty scene to “throw us out” bc we were “under age”. We all are over 21, with backup identification. Oh and to make things better.. that “bar tender” is the owner.
I love it here!! Great music, food & owners. Always a good time.

Not my cup of tea (not a huge country fan). But the place itself was really good. Went there for my cousin's 40th. She loves it there. The atmosphere is great. There were so many line dancers. Ample women there for the youngbloods.

Had the wings by the restaurant area and they were awesome. Nicely decorated for the holiday. Everyone left my area once the bands started to play to see them in the main bar area.
